EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Our policy is valid for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 60 days has elapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund or exchange.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
The product is defective or the product is not as described
The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
The product must be in the original packaging
In order to ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Refund policy on shipped items
We will not issue a refund for shipped items that did not arrive in time. The delivery time is clearly stated in the shipping description and it is merely indicative. Shipping time depends on the speed of the local postal service and customs clearance times which are beyond our control.

Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular-priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items
Downloadable software or ebook products cannot be returned.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
In order to return a product, you must contact us first and we will provide an address where to send the package.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to us be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund or an exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
